Итак, EV14 это не один и не два типа разных форсунок это более чем 200 различных вариаций, с производительсностью от 146 до 1023 см3/мин. С одиночным или двойным распылом, тремя типами электрических разъемов, шести размерностей.

Итак производительность, указывается для статического давления в 3 бара. Для Японских производителей это как бы по умолчанию, но это умолчание нигде не раскрыто. Максимальное рабочее давление для EV14 это 8 бар. Полагаю такого давления более чем достаточно. Допустимая температура топлива не более 70°С. Важный, кстати параметр, редко когда указывается производителем. Температурный режим от -40°С до 110°С. Такую штуку тоже редко, где встретишь в спеках форсунок. Ну и наконец невероятно важный параметр максимальное напряжение бортовой сети 16В. Странно то, что многие люди, включая опытнейших диагностов наивно полагают, что бортовая сеть большинства автомобилей это 12В.

Что касается распыла, то многие почему-то считают мол два распыляющих отверстия это лучше чем одно. Для того, чтобы говорить, что лучше, а что нет не мешает точно знать, где в раннере располагается инжектор и какова конфигурация раннера. Ведь если два конуса будут бить в стенки раннера, ничего хорошего, явно не будет.

Есть два основных вида распыла для EV14 и по три угла распыления для каждого.

Угол между коннектором и плоскостью распыла может быть любой, доступно три угла изгиба конуса распыла относительно оси форсунки

Распыл это вообще тема отдельного разговора, вот к примеру указан угол – 20° что это значит?! В случае с EV14 это означает, что 80% массы топлива находится именно внутри этого конуса. А остальное разлетается дальше. Для форсунок с двумя распыляющими отверстиями чуть по-сложнее, но на диаграме всё подробно указано. Посмотрите не стесняйтесь. Еще одни парматр, который есть для форсунок с несколькими распыляющими отверстиями это изгиб конуса относительно оси самой форсунки. Конструктивно некоторым двигателям такой необходим.

В общем у форсунок вообще весьма много всяких параметров, так что если вам предлагают форсунки у которых из заявленных параметров лишь производительность и “куда она ваще подходит”, то стоит задуматься, а почему столько секретов?!
